Customer Service & Technical Support

The majority of our employees work as customer service agents, which means they handle general customer service support for various products and brands. Responsibilities:

Upselling and new sales, as well as customer care on the phone where you, on behalf of our clients in banking / finance and energy / electricity, should:

• Call existing power customers with offers of additional products and services.
• Call potential new customers who themselves have actively asked to be contacted for a power deal offer.
• Call and answer calls from customers who have not paid down their loans until the due date.
