Immediate Opening – Live In Superintendent
Are you looking for a permanent opportunity to live and work in Toronto Downtown – Annex area? Looking for work with full benefits and paid rent? Manpower has the perfect position for you!
In this position, you will be responsible for the cleaning and some maintenance of the building property.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, healthy environment
* Cleaning of the interior/exterior of the buildings
* Responsible for reporting all deficiencies, maintenance requirements, vandalism and care taking supply inventory to the Property Manager as required
* Minor maintenance of the interior of the buildings
* Assure good tenant relations
Requirements:
* Flexible with the start time of your working day
* All aspects of cleaning
* Customer service experience an asset
* Good communication skills
