Stock Handler

This position is responsible for the proper handling of all incoming and outgoing merchandise to/from the store while ensuring all charges or credits for merchandise are verified.  This position will ensure the Receiving department is organized and maintained to the highest standard.

This position is also responsible for the following:
– Receiving all incoming merchandise into the store from both internal shipments and direct orders from suppliers in order to ensure that all changes or credits for merchandise are verified.
– Daily communication with store management regarding receiving volume and priorities.

At times throughout the year, you will also be call upon to assist in the assembly of seasonal items so good multi tasking skills are essential.

Stocking Team Leader

The Stocking Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the Stocking Team members and ensuring the store is ready for opening.  This team is vital to the operational requirements of the store and enhances our ability to provide the optimum level of customer service on the general sales floor.   Although this is not a management position, applicants should have a desire to advance to management in the future.  The successful candidate must complete and pass the designated Level 1 First Aid Course within one month of commencement of the position.

Applicants must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment while at the same time providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following:

In addition to customer service duties, the individual will also perform other tasks such as daily housekeeping, assisting with promotional displays, ensuring merchandising standards are met and inventory levels are maintained, interacting with cosmetic vendor representatives, and other related duties as required.
