Assistant Manager 

As the Assistant Manager, you are responsible to execute the store business plan to achieve performance goals. You play a key role in maintaining focus around the achievement of sales budget, customer loyalty, as well as other Company goals. Through collaboration with your General Manager/Assistant General Manager, and your store team, you will ensure operational processes are in place and analyze business results to determine actions necessary to deliver on objectives. You will teach and coach behaviors to the Specialist and Sales Associates to cultivate a high performing team that delivers a best-in-class customer experience.

WHO YOU ARE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of retail leadership or specialist experience with emphasis in generating sales or operations

Keyholder Specialist 

As the Specialist, you are responsible to support the management team to perform functional tasks as assigned; guiding work while supporting a positive store environment. Specialists will act as a mentor and role model to other associates to support service behaviors and the execution of tasks in specific areas of expertise. You contribute to a high performing team and consistently deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This role will be focused on connecting with employees and customers to ultimately assist in achieving store performance goals; including meeting the sales budget, building market share, as well as other Company-wide defined goals. As an important part of the Sales Associate team, you will reinforce performance expectations by role modeling behaviors and communicating how to achieve the Brand Vision and achieve or exceed the goals / strategies of the store.

Senior Producer – Digital Operations – Content Delivery – Online

The Senior Producer, Digital Operations (Content Delivery) will lead efforts involved in executing and publishing compelling content for all digital platforms. The Senior Producer leads the Delivery team and oversees execution of marketing content and messaging constructs across the digital properties. S/he advocates for operational effectiveness and must be comfortable working across multiple teams, on short and long-term projects, and context shifting when escalations and triage are needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce and large-scale project management. S/he will also oversee execution of content for desktop, mobile, email, and social audiences using Content Management Systems (CMS), native platforms, and vendor-based systems. Candidates must have experience in retail or CPG verticals and be comfortable with the fast-paced nature of fashion and marketing. The strongest candidates will also have a passion for and strong knowledge of digital trends, workflow management, and emerging technologies. S/he will also manage vendor relationships, tool enhancement rollouts, and content and process standardization in support of site stability and performance.

In addition to project management, the Senior Producer works with the Head of Digital Operations and cross-functional teams to define and evolve processes that address operational needs and improve efficiency – a constant opportunity for a growing team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive operational excellence across product-to-market milestones and in-season content delivery in partnership with Brand, Marketing Operations, and Merchandising teams for timely & flawless execution.
  • Continually assess cross-functional business processes for effectiveness and improvement. Work with leadership to drive change across teams.
  • Partner with members of all functional teams – Buying, Photo Studio, Marketing, Web Content Development, Product Management, and GapTech, to drive operational excellence and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Drive results through direct reports as support to cross-functional teams when high severity website and tool issues occur. When needed, work with GapTech and other partners to facilitate resolution and communicate updates to brand teams.
  • Serve as additional after-hours support as needed to troubleshoot site/tool issues to mitigate business impact. Escalate to Leadership team as needed.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports in support of development opportunities and career goals.

WHO YOU ARE

Through collaboration with your District Manager and your store team, you will analyze operational processes, customer trends and business results to determine appropriate actions necessary to achieve business objectives. You will teach and coach behaviors to your managers which enables a high performing team to consistently deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You lead a team a team of Assistant General Managers, Assistant Managers, Specialists and Sales Associates. You have autonomy, possess independent judgment and discretion in leading your team of managers and associates to achieve or exceed the goals / strategies of your store; inclusive of making quality talent and business decisions in support of the Brand Vision.
