Corporate Counsel
You will be responsible for providing practical, timely and high quality legal services and analysis in the area of commercial transactions. You will report to the Deputy General Counsel, WW Commercial Law and help Broadcom’s business teams negotiate and manage agreements. You will also assist in the supervision and direction of outside counsel. You will actively contribute to the Broadcom Legal team in the ongoing development of knowledge, skills and processes and lead initiatives and special projects as required.
Requirements
· Excellent at closing complex commercial transactions, including sales, supply chain, IP licensing, joint development and procurement transactions with large multinational companies
· Substantive expertise in commercial legal issues and intellectual property law

· Ability to make sound and independent judgments, and make recommendations on a wide variety of contract matters
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a broad audience including engineering, marketing, sales, and finance professionals

Staff Software Engineer
1. In depth knowledge of Securing domain including but not limited to the following,
AAA – RADIUS, TACACS+ and LDAP
TLS, SSH
RBAC, User Roles and Access.
Knowledge and experience in FIPS, BSI and US CC certification.
Overview, Understanding of Cryptography and in depth knowledge of following Algorithms
RSA, DSA, EC-Based ciphers.
b. Encryption Algorithms
2. Should be flexible to work in night shifts for 3 days a week in USA time zone.
3. Ability to analyze complex issue with analysis of data from variable factors.
4. Coordinate with team members across US and India time zones.
