Assistant Manager, Acquisition & Website Optimisation

This role will suit someone who enjoys a diverse, fast-paced and collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will bring a strong digital mindset with deep performance experience, a track record in digital product innovation, and solid understanding of website management and conversion optimisation goals.

In this role you will be responsible for the following;

  • Managing consistent card acquisition for the Consumer Card portfolio through development of our on-site experience
  • Optimising our site with new pages, content and tools to enable a better user experience and an increase in conversion rates for new customers
  • Local project management lead and influencer for global initiatives involving website capability and conversion rate (CRO) enhancements
  • Work side-by-side with counterparts responsible for broader site, SEO, Display Media, Search, Affiliate, Co-brand Partnerships, MGM, Internal Acquisition & Early Engagement to drive cross-channel efficiency through the conversion funnel
  • Updating the business on website traffic & conversion performance through the development, maintenance and distribution of web analytics reports
  • Maintaining market awareness of both competitors and technological advances to develop future plans for digital acquisition improvement
  • Lead direct reports to manage the consumer acquisition area of the website, executing critical site changes in support of campaign activity, and delivering optimisation tests on-time and on-budget with a strong focus on control and compliance

Qualifications

To be considered for the position you must have:

Critical Requirements:

  • Digital marketing experience – you will understand the fundamentals of building and optimising a successful website.
  • Web Analytics – experience building reports & dashboards to track performance, and drive insights & actions.
  • Experienced marketing professional with digital capability and/or website development & optimisation experience.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • The ability to provide exceptional Customer Service
  • Travel experience including geography, products and systems

Accertify is committed to providing e-commerce companies with comprehensive and cost-effective solutions to fight fraud and reduce risk in a card not present environment.Implementation Associates are responsible for helping deliver successful deployment of the various components of Accertify’s Interceptas fraud prevention platform.

These responsibilities include:

  • Configuration of complex software integration projects with the expectation of meeting and exceeding company-defined standards,  with the expectation to migrate into increasing levels of project management, definition, and design.
  • Utilise strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and ensure that expectations are exceeded.
  • Act as a liaison between new Customers and Accertify internal departments including sales and technical development.
  • Job requires potential travel to Customers’ site
  • Work closely with Accertify subject matter experts to evaluate and identify emerging technologies / fraud trends and adapt new approaches and features as needed.
  • Define and perform testing of the final customer solution to ensure a high level of quality
  • Develop and deploy fraud transaction screening rules and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on software implementation and integration or software project management
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Relationship building skills
  • Strong Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Ability to negotiate and offer alternatives to the client on setting up the appropriate integration and risk logic
  • Ability to communicate with client’s staff at Networking and Software Integration  level.
  • Experience with creating reports for analytical purposes is a plus
  • Previous experience with XML/JSON is a plus
  • Good understanding of HTTP / HTTPS / SFTP is a plus
  • Be able to read through and understand error log files (troubleshoot).
  • Online Credit Card processing, chargeback, and fraud analysis experience is a plus
